Ingredients

2 oz gin (or vodka)

1.5 oz Phoenix Organics Lemon, Lime & Bitters 

15 x 290ml 110172

1 oz fresh orange juice

0.5 oz fresh lime juice

3-4 fresh mint leaves

Lime slice and mint sprig, for garnish

Method

1. In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice.

2. Add the gin (or vodka), Phoenix Organics Lemon, Lime & Bitters, and orange juice to the shaker.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until thoroughly chilled.

4. Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

5. Garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
