Promoter This promotion is run by Heinz Wattie’s Limited (Wattie’s) of 513 King Street North, Hastings, New Zealand, in conjunction with Bidfood Limited, Level 3, Building 8, Central Park, 660 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland 1051. 2. Promotion Period The promotion starts on 01/11/26 and ends on 30/11/26. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. 3. Eligibility Open to New Zealand Bidfood Account Holders. Employees of the Promoter, Bidfood Limited, and associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. 4. How to Enter To participate, entrants must: Purchase 3 qualifying products as listed below in a single transaction, through MyBidfood, and use promo code WattiesSummer at checkout to enter. Prize(s) There are 13 Prizes with a total combined value of NZD $10,275 in the Total Prize pool, as follows: • Hero Prize: One (1) x Weber® Spirit® Smart EX-435 Gas Barbecue valued at NZD $1700; • Entertainers Prize: Two (2) Ooni Karu 2 Essentials Bundles, each Entertainer’s Prize valued at NZD$1,300 each; • Home-entertainment Prize: Four (4) Soundcore Nebula Capsule Air Smart 720P Portable Projectors, each Home-entertainment Prize valued at NZD $800 each; • Summer Prizes 1 and 2: ▪ Summer Prize 1: three (3) YETI Tundra 45 Hard Coolers valued at NZD $525 each; and ▪ Summer Prize 2: three (3) Ninja Slushi professional frozen drink makers valued at NZD $400 each. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other Prize. 6. Winner Selection Winners will be the first 13 entries drawn via a random computer draw on 1/12/26 in descending order from the highest to lowest Prize category. The Prize draw will take place at Bidfood Limited, Level 3, Building 8, Central Park, 660 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland 1051, via a random electronic selection from all entries received up until the corresponding Prize draw date. 7. Winner Notification Winners will be contacted using the email or phone number provided by Hyper Agency, Level 2, 308 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland 1052, within 5 days of the relevant Prize draw. Prizes must be claimed by 5pm NZDT on 5/12/26. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact each Prize winner. If a winner chooses not to take their Prize (or is unable to), or does not claim a Prize within this time, the unclaimed Prize will be forfeited and a random electronic redraw will occur on 8/12/26 to ensure all Prizes are awarded. Winners may be contacted by the Promoter or its agency for the purpose of administering and fulfilling the promotion. 8. Prize Delivery Prizes will be delivered within 28 business days of the draw date and will be sent to the winner’s nominated New Zealand delivery address. Delivery restrictions may apply to PO boxes and outside New Zealand. 9. Privacy Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with Wattie’s privacy policy at https://www.kraftheinz.com/enNZ/watties/privacy-policy. Personal information may also be collected, used, and disclosed by Bidfood Limited in accordance with Bidfood’s Privacy Policy at https://www.bidfood.co.nz/privacy-policy for the purpose of verifying entries, contacting winners, and administering or fulfilling this promotion. 10. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoters and their respective employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred by any person in connection with this promotion or the acceptance, winning or use of any Prize, including any indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits. This exclusion does not apply to the extent that any loss, damage or injury is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of a Promoter or its employees or agents, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. 11. Additional terms a) The Promoters reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. b) The value of the Prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value where applicable (inclusive of GST) at the date of publication. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date. c) The Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond their reasonable control (including a pandemic, epidemic or virus outbreak), the Promoters may, in their sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to law. d) If a Prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or that portion of the Prize) with a Prize of equal or greater value and specification. e) No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter this promotion. f) If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner. g) In the event of any dispute in respect of any aspect of this promotion, the decision of the Promoters will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by the Promoters will be entered into. h) The Promoters accept no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regard to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize. i) Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights. j) Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 12. Regulatory Compliance This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of New Zealand, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
