2. Promotion Period
The promotion starts on 01/08/26 and ends on 30/09/26.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Open to customers of Bidfood.
Employees of the Promoter, Bidfood Limited, and associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must: Purchase 3 qualifying product(s) as listed below, through MyBidfood, and use promo code 3CHEESE at checkout to enter.

5. Prize(s)
The prizes consist of
10 x NZD $250 Prezzy Cards Spot prizes in total. Spot prizes will be drawn on the following Sunday for the duration of the Promotion Period on the following dates:

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by a random draw.
The draw will take place at Bidfood Limited, Level 3, Building 8, Central Park, 660 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland 1051, via a random electronic selection from all entries received up until the corresponding prize draw date.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via email or phone provided byBTL Engage of 117 Halsey Street, Auckland, Auckland Central 1010, within 5 days of the relevant prize draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Winners may be contacted by the Promotor for purpose of administering and fulfilling the promotion.
9. Prize Delivery
Spot prizes will be delivered within 28 business days of the draw date.
Prezzy Cards will be sent to the nominated New Zealand delivery address
The Grand cash prize will be paid into the winners nominated bank account
Delivery restrictions may apply to PO boxes and outside New Zealand.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy: https://www.mainlanddairy.com/en/privacy
Personal information may also be collected, used, and disclosed by Bidfood Limited for the purpose of verifying entries, contacting winners, and administering or fulfilling this promotion.
11. Liability
The Promoter and Bidfood Limited is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
12. General
The Promoters reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Regulatory Compliance
This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of New Zealand, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
