Ingredients

3 scoops vanilla ice cream 

2 rashers streaky bacon, cooked until crispy 

50g McCain Stay Crisp French Fries 10mm, deep fried 57293

Maple syrup and tabasco sauce to serve 

Method

1. Serve ice cream in a small dish, and top with crispy bacon and fries. 

2. Drizzle with maple syrup to serve and a dash of tabasco sauce for a kick!
