From April through September, Bidfood proudly delivered its nationwide series of Trade Shows under the theme Taste of Tomorrow, showcasing the innovation, collaboration, and future-focused thinking that continues to shape the foodservice industry in New Zealand.

Designed as a platform for connection, each event brought together customers, suppliers, and industry partners to share knowledge, explore opportunities, and experience first-hand the products and solutions driving tomorrow’s hospitality sector. Our customers were able to discover an extensive range of new products and innovations, from menu-ready solutions designed to improve efficiency and manage costs in busy kitchens, through to premium offerings that reflect the growing demand for quality, authenticity, and global flavour experiences.

Our suppliers embraced the theme wholeheartedly, presenting engaging, high-quality displays and activations that went beyond traditional showcasing, with live demonstrations, tastings, and interactive experiences that highlighted not only today’s capabilities but also the innovations set to define the industry’s future. Each event reinforced that Taste of Tomorrow is not just about new products, but about the ideas, trends, and collaborations that will sustain the long-term growth of hospitality in New Zealand.

Across every show, the season was marked by energy, creativity, and a strong sense of partnership, with suppliers and customers alike contributing to an atmosphere that was both inspiring and highly productive. The success of Taste of Tomorrow reinforced Bidfood’s role in leading conversations around innovation and industry growth, providing a trusted platform for meaningful engagement, and supporting the future success of our customers and suppliers.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to making this season possible and look forward to building on this momentum with even greater scale, innovation, and opportunity as we prepare for the 2026 Trade Show season.
