Sous Vide Diced Beef Brisket Recipe

Diced Beef Brisket


  • 1 pkt Naturalaz Sous Vide Diced Beef Brisket (172352)

  • 1 bag Prepped Produce Asian Slaw (168778)

  • 350ml soy sauce (172853)

  • 150ml honey

  • 100g vermicelli noodles

  • Thai Style Dressing

  • 10g chopped coriander

  • Sliced red chilli to taste


  1. Remove Sous Vide Diced Beef Brisket from packaging spread across an oven tray.

  2. Reduce soy sauce and honey by half, then pour over the beef brisket.

  3. Roast beef brisket in the oven - 220°c for 15 minutes.

  4. Cover vermicelli noodles with boiling water and leave to sit for 10 minutes - drain after.

  5. Mix slaw with noodles, chopped coriander and dressing to taste.

  6. Serve! Place slaw in a serving bowl and top with sticky brisket. Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced red chilli.
