On the Menu Festive Recipe - Super Salmon Sides

Super versatile, and delicious at every meal, from a basic brunch catering to a full sharing or grazing platter, salmon is the perfect entertaining food. A simple side of salmon makes a fantastic starting point for canapes of all shapes and sizes.



SALMON SAVERS

Use up leftover salmon pieces to make patés and dips. Mash salmon through cream cheese, add salty capers, dill, a dash of lime zest and a few drops of tabasco


MAKE A STATEMENT

Create a crowning centrepiece with a gorgeous salmon wreath that’s great for sharing. Start with a creamy base and top with swirls of Seafrost smoked salmon, pickled cucumber, fennel or shaved red onion.


Drizzle with citrus oil and decorate your wreath with pomegranate and microgreens for festive flair and plenty of wow factor! Serve with lavosh or crackers.
